Staff Policy
In order to apply for a staff job you must:
Staff should be polite and helpful towards other members and give advice whenever needed and whenever possible. Staff should visit the forum each day, actively take part in discussions as often as possible, ideally once a day, setting a good example to the other members. They should also take an active part in discussions between Staff relating to the running of the forum. Staff have a responsibility to keep unsuitable content out of the forums as much as possible. Staff should frequently encourage member participation in their forum, both by posting in existing threads and starting new ones.
Position Descriptions:
If you understand each position and it's title you may proceed to fill out a application.
If you do not understand these rules or positions or aren't sure of something please do not proceed to submit a application.
- Be a regular user to our site.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be proactive.
- Be respectful and kind to all members and staff
- Have a positive personallity.
- Have AIM or Yahoo messenger.
- Support any decision the site owner makes.

Position Descriptions:
- General Manager: Hires and fires staff and makes sure things are running smoothly when the site owner is gone.
- Console Admin: You'd get to choose which ladders and tournaments you want for the console and your responsible for hiring Game Admins and Head Refs for each ladder, in addition if a ladder does not have rules either you or the Game Admin can write them.
- Game Admin: You'd manage the ladder you are admin for and get to pick which ladders you want on it (like singles, doubles, clan, ect..) and must write out the rules for each ladder if the Console Admin has not did so yet also your in charge of hiring at least 2 Head Referee's and if you choose you can hire refs.
- Head Referee: Your job is to hire Referee's below you who will listen to you and must know all the rules of each ladder there apart of. In addition to hiring you may also fire a Referee if he or she does not do his or her job correctly. It is also your job to train your referee staff and make sure they know everything.
- Referee: Your job is to watch the battles and make sure each team plays fair also you watch to see if they follow the rules if they do not tell them! 3 strikes and the team breaking the rules will have to forefits and finally if a team fails to report there match it is your job to do so. This means you should keep track of the scores as you watch there battle.
- Tournament Director: Your in charge of all ladder tournaments for which ever ladder you choose, This means you'll have to plan out each tournament and it's details such as type, date, time, number of players, etc...
- Forum Admin: You'd get to choose the forums we have, There sub-forums and also get to choose moderators for each forum or for every forum. You'd also make sure the forums are up and running at all times and if something should happen contact the site owner.
- Forum Moderator: You'd make sure that certain threads are in the correct forum and must move any that is not, also if you come across something bad you can choose to delete it or close the thread. So basically you make sure the forums are nice a tighty.
- Graphics Designer: Pretty much says it all you'd design the images for our site weather it be for advertising or for template changes you are the people we count on to make it look pretty!
- Franchise Reporter: Known mainly as News Reporter you'd report news for games, movies, music and sports each week which would then be featured throughout the DJ RyThEm Network.
- Support Operator: Your job is simple, You simply help users with issues there having such as how to do something or where to find something. If there isn't already a topic on our forums it's your job to help them.
